The Winter Drop Showcase is a hybrid event, featuring both on-demand virtual screenings and an in-person showcase on December 13 at NoHo 7.
We’re looking for short films and music videos that break boundaries, challenge conventions, and capture authentic voices. Whether you’re an emerging talent or a seasoned storyteller, this is your moment to shine.

Submission Guidelines
We welcome a diverse range of projects, including short films (runtime must be less than 18 minutes), documentaries, narratives, animation, experimental films, and music videos. Carmen Melinda is passionate about performing arts and visual storytelling. She finds joy in watching and discussing theater, film, and classic hip-hop for the artistic emotions they convey. Although never a performer, Carmen Melinda has worked in all fascist of live theater, film, and music production.

Watts is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) School of Cinema-Television and has over twenty-five years of experience in film and television as a writer and producer.
